Frequently asked questions
Your appointment is confirmed once your booking and full payment have been completed.
You will receive a confirmation email with all the practical details for your session. If you booked the Full Experience - Image & Style, you will also receive a questionnaire to complete in advance so we can make the most of our time together.
We understand that plans can change. Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
For gift sessions, bookings for two, private groups or any other special request, please contact us at contact@signaturebyfanny.com before booking.
