Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Signature by Fanny, each session is thoughtfully prepared and dedicated exclusively to you. To ensure clarity and respect for the time reserved for each appointment, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.
Private Sessions
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
All bookings are final and non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments and no-shows, are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will make every reasonable effort to provide your session within the remaining scheduled time.
The session may need to be shortened and cannot necessarily be extended beyond the original appointment time. Late arrival does not qualify for a refund or partial refund.
Cancellation by Signature by Fanny
In the unlikely event that Signature by Fanny needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your session.
If a suitable alternative date cannot be arranged, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Events, Workshops & Masterclasses
Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking, tickets for events, workshops, masterclasses, and other group experiences are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person when permitted for the specific event. Please contact us in advance to arrange the transfer.
If an event is cancelled by Signature by Fanny, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.
If an event is rescheduled, attendees will be informed of the new date and the options available.
