Welcome to Signature by Fanny. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking and purchase of services, sessions, workshops, events, and other experiences offered by Signature by Fanny.
By accessing this website, booking a service, registering for an event, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Signature by Fanny provides image consulting services and experiences, including color analysis, image and style consultations, workshops, masterclasses, events, and related services.

2. Services
The description, duration, price, and inclusions of each service are presented on the relevant service or booking page.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, availability, pricing, or service descriptions at any time. Any changes will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed and paid for, unless otherwise agreed with you.
3. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Your appointment is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and you have received a booking confirmation.
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed during the booking or checkout process where required.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a booking.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
All bookings are final and non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
If your plans change, your session may be rescheduled provided that we receive at least 48 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, missed appointments, and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

5. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
If you arrive late, we will make reasonable efforts to provide your consultation within the remaining scheduled time. The session may need to be shortened, and we cannot guarantee that the appointment can be extended beyond its original end time.
A late arrival does not entitle you to a refund or reduction in the session price.
6. Preparation for Your Session
Certain services may require you to complete a questionnaire or provide information in advance of your appointment.
For Color Analysis and services involving color assessment, you may be asked to arrive without makeup or to follow other preparation instructions communicated before your appointment.
Following these recommendations helps us provide the most effective experience possible.
7. Image Consulting Recommendations
Our services are personalized and advisory in nature.
Recommendations regarding color, clothing, style, proportions, accessories, jewelry, makeup, hair color, wardrobe, or personal image are based on professional assessment, the information available during the consultation, and your individual preferences.
Style and image are personal and subjective. Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and decisions regarding purchases or changes made following a consultation remain your responsibility.
8. Events, Workshops & Masterclasses
Tickets for workshops, masterclasses, events, and other group experiences are subject to the conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, event tickets are final and non-refundable.
Where permitted for a specific event, a ticket may be transferred to another attendee by contacting Signature by Fanny in advance.
If Signature by Fanny cancels an event, attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.
If an event is rescheduled, attendees will be informed of the new date and any applicable options.
9. Gift Purchases
Certain Signature by Fanny services may be purchased as gifts.
Gift purchases are subject to the conditions communicated at the time of purchase. Gift sessions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.

10. Photography & Media
Photography or video may occasionally take place during sessions, workshops, or events.
Signature by Fanny will only use identifiable photographs or video of participants for promotional, editorial, website, social media, or marketing purposes where appropriate permission or consent has been obtained.
Where a separate photo or media release is provided, the terms of that release will apply.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content and materials associated with Signature by Fanny — including website content, text, photographs, graphics, branding, presentations, guides, worksheets, educational materials, concepts, and other original materials — are owned by or licensed to Signature by Fanny and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Materials provided as part of a consultation, workshop, or event are intended for your personal, non-commercial use.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, published, or used commercially without prior written permission from Signature by Fanny.
